Archbishop Jolly-Gabriel was a life-long resident of the city of San Bernardino. Of Lebanese heritage, he was part of an influential Roman Catholic family which contributed greatly to the San Bernardino area, especially St. Bernardine’s Hospital and the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Bernardino. Donald attended seminary in Rome and had as classmate the man who became Pope John Paul I. The good bishop is now a resident of Newport Beach and oversees his duties from there.
Dr. Jolly-Gabriel has worked in the area of Hyperbaric Medicine since 1980. He worked in excess of fifteen years with Dr. David Hughes-London England Hyperbaric Oxygen Institute. He has studied in London, Aberdeen, Scotland and California with internationally renowned doctors, developed research facilities in California, working in Africa and Romania and made great strides in research as well as the application of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). He has also worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, India.
Dr. Donald Jolly-Gabriel, Ph. D. who serves as the Executive Director of the Hyperbaric Institute at Center for New Medicine and the Chairman and President of the Richard A. Neubauer Institute.
Dr. Jolly established Oxygen Therapy Programs in Africa, Romania, the Philippines, Mexico and California and holds numerous awards and honors for his personal humanitarian efforts throughout the world including the coveted Mother Theresa Award for Hyperbaric Medicine Services to the Indigent. Dr. Jolly received his B.A. from the University of New York and received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from California Christian University.
Dr. Donald Jolly can help patients at hyperbaric oxygen centers throughout Southern California, including the new Hyperbaric Institute at the Center for New Medicine (CFNM) in Irvine, CA. The state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen treatment clinic is located at 6 Hughes, suite 150, Irvine, CA. He accepted the position of Executive Director of the Hyperbaric Institute at CFNM after a decade of dedicated service to Whitaker Wellness Institute of Newport Beach, CA.
